What we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type and message you enter. If you set a password to make your post private, we store only a one-way encrypted version of it — never the password itself.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you ask about. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and our replies are kept while they remain useful for ongoing or future work with you. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will remove it.
What is shown publicly
On the Answers board, only a partially masked name (e.g. J***), the inquiry type, the date and the status are shown. Your email address and phone number are never displayed publicly — only our staff can see them. Posts you protect with a password require that password to be read.
Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. Contact us at designdan2020@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
